I ordered one of the modules that WileETundra builds and installed it today. It works as advertised, and between his instructions and the tech forum I was able to get it done, no problem. This lets the passenger use all Nav functions even while the vehicle is under way.
I also put a switch in that enables the backup camera without being in reverse. I'm not sure what I would use that for (maybe reading a liscence plate, or watching a tailgater that's too close for the mirrors).
I am also planning on putting in the dual headrest DVD players and a matrix switch that allows either DVD (or the backup camera) to be displayed on any monitor.
An iPod interface from Scosche is also on the way. If there is interest, I could put together a group buy (I have access at wholesale).

Do you really care what truck I have or what mods I've done? Probably not, but here they are any way:
Loaded 07 LTD 4x4 DC 5.7. ARE Cap, Yakima Rack, Toytec 3" Lift, ProComp 8166 Wheels, Nitto Terra Grappler 305/55/20's, Bullhide Spray-In Liner, Volant CAI, Black Headlight Mod, Zoomers Cat back exhaust.
Still to Come: Headers? Speaker/Sub upgrades? What else? Supercharger........? I'm sure I'll think of something.
Can you post pics and info on the back-up switch? I also wanted to do that but was usure if it involved more than just switching camera on. Thanks, Greg

I didn't take pictures but the switch was a single pole double throw from Radio Shack. Part# 275-648 ($3.99)
There is a green wire feeding the "reverse" signal into the Nav on connector K6 (gray connector with only a green and a white wire.). I tapped 12v+ from the cigarette lighter (gray wire) and fed it into pin "2" on the switch. Took the original green wire (extended) into pin "1" on the switch. Took the common from the switch back into the Nav.
There is a wiring schematic here that shows details on the connectors on the back of the unit:

gkeas, have you installed your Scosche yet? i am lovin mine. i don't have the nav - just the regular jbl 6disc. you will have the benefit of being able to display artist, album & track all at once - which will be nice. mine will only display artist OR album OR track - not all at once. HOWEVER, the sound quality is noticeably better coming from the dock connector of the ipod as opposed to the headphone jack. it was well worth the purchase for me.

No, my new paint job is putting everything on hold. It will be about 3-4 weeks with spring break and a week long business trip before I can start. I still haven't seen the DVD headrests, either.

Before I start cutting my OEM NAV wires for the reverse anytime camera modification, please would anyone confirm that we don't have to solder in those diodes in the A-pillar or tie into the reverse lights as mentioned in some other threads? Is the mod really as simple as switching the cig lighter 12V(+) to the green wire on the K6 behind the NAV? Has anyone had the check engine, 4WD light the dash up "like a Christmas Tree" like ccscorpion200 warned in the [U]08 tundra backup camera use in motion[U] thread?

It is as simple as adding a switch just be sure you have it wired correctly if not you will send +12v down to the CPU which in turn probably tripped the check engine light. So wire the common point on the switch to the NAV unit end of the green wire you cut then the other to the n/o or n/c side doesn't matter and the +12v to the other open leg. Thats all I did on mine many moons back.
