Default McGaughy's 2/4 or drop kit any problems?

I had a reputable shop install a mcgaughy's economy flip kit on my 07. The installer stated I did not need new shocks and re-used my stock ones. Anyone else with a Mcgaughy's use their stock rear shocks? Also the drivers side seems about a 1/2 higher than the passenger side.

I had my 2"/4" kit installed with the optional instructions of a 5" rear drop. I asked for the full 5" drop on the rear which they said went smoothly and told me apon finish that they decided to use the new rear shocks because of the dramatic suspension change I put my truck through. Honestly you can feel the stiffness increase but it's only detectable by a focused owner. I feel like if you don't put your pickup through any rough stuff factory shocks will be fine. As for your pickup wheel track not being level - I'm not sure. Do some measurement around the springs on front and back and locate where the discrepancy is.

Thank you. I spoke with a tech from McGaughy's and he said the stock shocks have to be changed due to length and that could be the problem with it being uneven. Barber do you know if the TRD swaybar will still work with this kit?

No, try searching though. I've heard it asked before if the Swaybar works with lowering kits and I remember them saying yes and why.
