Almost 100% of my driving is in the city so that probably explains my 13mpg average. Looks like a lot of you guys getting better mpg drive a lot more on the highway. I usually average 15 or 16 on the highway.

My computer read 16.2 on the way back from Tyler,TX to Richmond,TX, 4 hour drive mostly at 80mph but usually between 70-80 with a very strong headwind all the way

I just did the drive back to school from Tampa to Tallahassee which is also 4hrs and 250 miles and I was getting about 16 on the computer too.

I put in 23.071 Gallons at 3.099 per gal. = $71.50

My government teacher today in class said that he heard that gas was almost five dollars in a small town in california.

This past week I put in 26.6 gallons... according to the pump... go figure!

BTW, I was definitely on EMPTY with 454 miles on that tank. Cost me $83 for 87 octane.
