Default plastic engine cover removal?

how do you remove that plastic cover over the engine? i don't see any screws or nuts holding it on, does it just snap on and off, thanks.

Pops in and out. Just yank it and it'll come right out. Can't mess it up.

Lift the front edge as you face it and pull forward toward the radiator.

Master Portal - forums.bauchan.org/Toyota Workshop & Repair Manuals click on diskette at bottom of page,workshop manual and it will be of some help once ya get it dloaded!

Thanks, but we have 2007 and 2008 Tundras, the link you provided is for a repair manual up to 2006.

You can't both be right, anyone else? I thought I could feel a bracket hold-down bolt at the rear of the cover, but I really haven't checked it out yet.

Hooks in the back, rubber "pop ins" on the front.
Lift up on front, back will "hinge" on the hooks, then pull towards radiator.

He just posted in wrong forum i guess, his ID says he owns a 06 and nothing else in post mentions year model? i thought he needed info for his truck? i will look around for 07 stuff though! maybe someone will reposition this into correct forum?
