on my plastic engine cover the factory paint is starting to bubble and peel.

Actually the TRD is still masked off. I'm waiting for more 8T7 paint to show up. The air pipe and engine cover took a lot of it.

The Chrome is DupiColor as is any touchup paint I'm using for detail. Got my 8T7 Blue Streak from MicroFinish LLC.

If you think that's hardcore wait till I'm done with the cover.

No airbrushing, believe it or not this is an all spray can and touchup paint operation.

Well the cover is almost done. I've been working on it for 3 weeks now and I just have to let it go. It will never be perfect but I've got pretty close. I still need to paint the background of the Toyota symbol, but once I get that done some finall clear coating and I'm done with that. On to finish the CAI housing up.
