No seat belt latch cover on driver side seat???

Just picked up an '08 DC to replace my '05 Tacoma. Love the truck so far! However, last night I noticed between the center console and drivers seat there isn't a plastic cover for the seat belt latch. The passenger side has one but not the drivers seat. You just see bolt threads and the nut that holds the latch to the seat. I contacted my dealer and he said all the Tundra's come that way. Is this correct? Looks like an oversight to me.

Also, is there a way to get a leather steering wheel in the SR5's? Seems like a leather wheel should be standard on a truck that stickers for over $32K. Thanks,

This is the least expensive way of getting a leather steering wheel. I got it here
eBay Motors: TOYOTA Genuine Wheelskins Leather Steering Wheel Cover (item 120233243397 end time Mar-20-08 15:10:14 PDT) and they tell you what size to order. IIRC the Tundra size is "C"
