Default PIAA Driving Lamp Kit

Ok, here is the situation. I bought a PIAA driving light kit for my 07 CM back in October. The kit arrived and it turns out their bracket design was bad and didn’t fit all the 07/08 trucks only the early 07's. Anyway, I figured PIAA has a good name, they'll take care of me right? WRONG, this whole ordeal has been a nightmare. The first call I made they told me they were building the new kits and would have them ready in 1 week and ship me a new kit...should have them in 2 weeks. Great, I can wait 2 weeks...but 3 weeks roll around and no kit. I call again and get the exact same answer "building the kits, will ship you one, you'll have it in 2 weeks". So 3 weeks pass and I call again...SAME ANSWER. So at that point I was pretty mad. Anyway, I have called every 3 weeks and received the same answer from November until now. And now they are telling me the kits still aren’t ready but the brackets might be (which is all I need) but they want me to mail my brackets to them via UPS on my dime. I'm furious; they have had my $370 for 6 months and won’t send me the new freakin brackets for free? They should be sending me a new set of brackets, a new set of bulbs for my headlights, and whatever else they can think of to keep me from posting stuff like this on the internet for potential customers to see. Maybe its not that big of a deal, but come on, 6 months is ridiculous and I strongly encourage everyone to buy a kit from Sparks or elsewhere and forget PIAA. Also if there are any PIAA representatives on this board, I'd love to hear your take on this and I'd love to get my freakin brackets so I can install my 6 month old lights.

The KC 5" lights fit perfectly in the fog lamp hole. I am running the 100w fogs and they put out a ton of light.

The bracket is completly wrong...shape and bolt pattern. Apparently there were extra holes on the early 07 bumper braces...I would sell it but I still have the receipt and can send them back so I can't really make you a good deal. You can buy the 520 lights about anywhere and make the brackets...but may I suggest some IPF's or Hella's or anything other than PIAA...it's just the principle

I will get some pics up of all my mods this weekend. Just been so busy and its been cloudy and raining for days. The KC's have either a black accent ring or chrome depending on your preference. Long range driving bulbs or fogs. They put an LED switch in one of the blanks that allows me to run them with just the parking lights and they will also stay on when you hit your high beams. You will like them and KC is a good time tested brand.
