Default Cold kit in SET?

Anyone have or know if the cold kit can be ordered on tundras purchased from a SET region dealer? Or is this something exclusive to the PNW?

The 07 DC TRD 5.7 that I purchased here in Florida has the cold kit. Several others on the dealers lot when I bought mine had it as well. Not really needed here, but I might make a trip where there is cold weather at some point in time.

Mine came with it as part of the pkg. Mirrors haven't frosted up once this winter...

Thanks for the replies guys After some more research looks like the cold kit is standard on the sr5's and limited's all across the country.
