Put mine on the other night. Got the opportunity to use a buddies shop lift while he was on vaca. (much easier to work) Did one side at a time, and was able to take out my 1 inch spacers. WOW what a difference. Definatley noticed that there is considerably less bed vibration when hitting bumps. Worth the money in my opinion.

Took mine to Prestige Toyota and let them do it. They have some really good technicians there. I don't have jack stands anymore and I just didn't want to get involved with it.
Greg is the REAL DEAL. He knows what he is talking about and brought us a GREAT product that works insanly well.
One of my main concerns before the install was the additional inch of lift in the back. To my surprise, I didn't have one. In fact the tech told me that there was more thread showing on the U-bolts AFTER the install, which means the back is VERY slightly lower. The truck looks GREAT.....
Then I drove home. I can't believe how nice this truck rides. In one spot on the way home I have to go over RR tracks at about 55-60mph (I'll bet that made you pucker a little). With any of my other vehicles it's a pretty rude hit. With the Tundra, I sometimes say to myself "damn, I hope I didn't hurt anything". The hit today, was actually more comfortable than when I go over it with my Camry (probably because of the larger tires).
On the main road, she rode like silk. Barely felt any of those tar strips and cracks that usually make my bed vibrate and bounce up and down. The last 5 or 6 miles of my trip is over some pretty narly roads. They are paved, but filled with potholes and frost heaves that throw you around pretty bad. The speed limit is 35mph and you really don't dare go any faster. One area by the quarry is so bad (and on a turn), that it usually throws my truck 1/2 way into the oncoming side of the road. Today I took it at 45mph and came past the quarry at almost 40. Every inch of the way was smooth and comfortable.
It's not a soft mushy ride like my F150 was (I liked the way that truck rode and handled). It is still firm, you still know you have a big sturdy truck under you. The only way I can describe it is smooth and comfortable. It still nails the turns with authority, so I am going to scratch the idea of getting a TRD rear stabilizer.
I'm sorry I can't help AT ALL with any install info, but I can tell you that this spring pack made a completely different and better truck out of my Tundra. I couldn't be happier with it. I raved about it to my Son, but I don't think I impressed him much. He just ran down to the main road to pick up a friend and when he got back he was flipping out...... I think he is more impressed with it than I am (that's hard to do).
Kinginthecastle, if you think the Tundra's ride was bothering your back, this is definately the answer. I suggest you order them right away. If they come in fast enough, you can have them installed while your truck is still in the shop.
Greg - Thank you sooooo much for getting this out to us.
TH3 - Thank you sooooo much for letting us know about this..... Like I said, I owe you a beer .

I spoke with Greg as soon as I got home. Asked him if it were possible that they put them in wrong, but he said no. Not sure why the truck is sitting the way it is, but they are working the way they were intended to and I like the way it looks.

the threads on the u-bolts wouldn't matter in this case...the added lift probably comes from the bend in the new leaf pack vs. the flat overload spring...post some pics of your install i am curious to see

That's what I would have thought, but he LOST lift.
did you measure before and after height or are you just going by the techs saying there is more threads on the u-bolts...makes no sense to me why you would have lost lift

More threads on the u bolts only means that the Deaver pack is slightly thinner than the overload leaf you replaced. Did you measure the height of the truck before and after? 1 inch higher isn't going to be very noticeable
No, I didn't take before and after measurements. You would think that the loudmouth always asking for pictures would have posted some, huh . OK, I'll try to take some in the morning before I go to work, then post them. Sorry.....

Haha, no worries. Congrats on your better ride though
Wow, pretty much 100% positive so far. I would have bet against springs curing the problem. I contacted Deaver about the '06 Tundra spring pack (F85?) and they said it would work on the '07s, but they have a new pack coming out in a couple of weeks that will be avaiable through PRG. Great information on this website. It's good to see that some people really try to take care of a problem. It's just a shame that Toyota management is "turning Japanese" on the bed bounce. Maybe all the satisfied PRG customers should send thier old springs back to Toyota with a bill for doing their R&D work. I'll be ordering mine in the next few weeks. I'll try them with the Rancho's and the Bilsteins to see which works best.

Ditto. Measure your wheel well and compare it to stock: you will be higher.
I did very precise before and after measurements, and the difference was exactly one inch for me.

Rear Susp: ProComp ES3000 #326510 (2.25" taller than stock), 1.25" blocks plus PRG mini-pack (http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...and-new-truck/) gives 2.25" total lift, parking brake cable bracket spacers, wheel well height 43." Front diff and rear ds drop; trailer hitch electrical harness tucked up above bumper. After 20K miles swapped 305/65/18 BFG AT for 285/75/18 Toyo AT, still on stock 18x8x60 offset TRD wheels, about 1/8" clearance to sway bar. Like the extra height but miss the width. Next time either 305/70/, 295/70, or 35x12.50/18. Added 5th 285/75/18 Toyo AT as spare. Bed Bounce: Stiffer E-tires are worse than stock P-metric; biggest improvement from PRG mini-pack, slight improvement from shocks. Still a stiff ride but tolerable now. Best things about this truck: 5.7 and transmission, interior size and comfort, very quiet at high speed. Worst things about this truck: bed bounce, no VSC in 4wd, mileage sucks above 70.
congrats to the guys who have had positive results. Still waiting for mine. Ordered mine 3/28 but still not here. (back ordered) I can't wait to get them on!!!!

I ordered mine back then too, and am waiting. Following this thread has made the wait more tolerable. At least we have picked up some tips on the project from those who have done the install. I can't wait to feel the difference on my bumpy rural roads. I will wait until after install to decide whether or not I will need to install air bags for heavier loads. So far I don't think anyone has posted a negative comment after install. That bodes well.
Looked at the truck in the service bay and it did not look higher. In fact, as I said, it looked pretty level. Looked at it this morning in the driveway and looks like it may have raised ever so slightly. Looked at it again in the parking lot at work today and it looks like the back is up a little.
Any of you that would like to call me a dumbazz, may start now .
I also got a chance to ride more "types" of roads on the way to work today. Although I still feel a little "reverberation" I don't see the bed bouncing like it did before. The ride is definately smoother and softer on ALL the roads I drove. I'm a happy camper .
