Default Best Priced Volant (#18857) for 5.7L?

I've searched the forum, but haven't found much on pricing.

Where are TS'ers buying their Volant's for the 5.7L & for what price. I'm pretty certain I'm ready to buy, but I'm looking for some suggestions on finding the best price.

I read another thread that had a 10% off coupon code for fatbobsgarage.com, but that was for a lift kit. Anyone have any coupons for their purchases?

Saw the Volant for the 5.7 on E Bay the other day for $369.00 shipped. Not sure if they are still there.

autoanything.com is where I purchased and I believe several TS members have purchased there as well. This link should take you to their current price for comparison.

I was really hoping it was, but when I put "hero" into the coupon section, the price remained the same.

Thanks to to the people that posted. It seems $350.00 is the lowest benchmark. Off the purchase..

***EDITED***
Toxarch, I tried it again and we're golden. It doesn't show until the credit card screen. I have it at $340.02 shipped to Sacramento, CA. Right on, bro!

VERY easy to install. The box bolts down with only one bolt vs. Airaid's four. I was kind of sceptical about the one bolt idea, but so far so good.

Oh and remember, the MAF sensor goes over the intake tube, not under it

I installed it with one hand. Literally. "Cause the other one was encased in braces and bandages.

No..it is not listed on the site. I called and gave them the part# and ordered it over the phone. They have a sale or something going on this month with volant. It took over a week to ship to New York because they ship directly from Volant in California. I heard later that Volant will match prices of retailers, so you may be able to try that method as well. It was 279.04 with free shipping and no tax for part#18857 for my 2008 Tundra with the 5.7...Hopes this helps

I called them (4wheelonline.com) and they first said they could not get it. They put me on hold for a while and checked on it. They could get it, but said the price was $450. Do you know who you dealt with or would you be willing to email a copy of your receipt?

Ok I just got off the phone with Joe at 4wheelin. He told me $4?? also. I then mentioned about the Great price a member got. Well Joe tells me that is for the old part not the one on the current '07-'08 Tundra's. And he sounded quite perturbed. It appears quite a few folks have been calling about it.

So Mattyboy011 I hope you got a great deal. Other wise you may be getting the wrong part sent to you. So they have heard the last from me. Better vendors with much better prices out there.

Well it sounds maybe I got lucky and was charged for the old part number by an inexperienced sales rep. It did sound like a deal that was too good to be true and thats why i jumped on it. Sorry for any confusion..
