Default tundra vs. trailblazer ss 1and1

I finally got to race my cousin's trailblazer awd ss. He has no mods and I have modified(ramair) Airaid and exhaust. I raced in D with all nannies functional. First race-He gets the jump, 1-2 lengths and stays there till shut down~110-115. Second race- I get the jump, lead him by about 1-2 lengths till the same 110-115.
Seems likes we're pretty even-a driver's race. Traction control works great,
I was surprised he didn't get a bigger advantage from his awd.
Some say fastest times are WITHOUT nannies.

Yeah, it has the ls2. If that were my trailblazer it would be alot faster tho. A tune, intake and exhaust are probably good for a whole second in the 1/4. I'm really needing a tune for my truck.

This sounds about right. An AWD TBSS is easily .2 to .3 slower than a 2wd TBSS in stock form...provided the 2wd can hook up - Mine did no problems.

He adds a tune, CAI, exhaust and you will be wishing it was just 1-2 car lengths...at least until we can tune too.
