Default Regular Cab question

Does a RC with the bucket seats have the Trip Computer and TPMS?

Burger Steak & Eggs will become famous soon enough.

I am guessing yes. TPMS is pretty much standard across the board these days.

Yeah, I think it's required.

Reason I ask is because some of the RC with bucket seats on ebay do not have those buttons on the dash next to the steering wheel. Isnt this where they are supposed to be? That computer was fun to play around with when I test drove a DC but now I am looking at a RC. Thanks for yalls time.

Beginning model year 2008, TPMS is required on all new cars and pickups sold in USA. You can thank the Ford Explorer/Firestone tire issue of a few year back for that bit of government-mandated equipment.

They do not come with the MPG info. The all have TPMS. My regular will only toggle the temp. from C to F.

Just get a ScanGauge. Much more info than the factory display and it just plugs into the ALDL port under the dash. Can also be moved from one vehicle to the next.

I have heard of this scangauge before. Where is a good place to mount it in the Tundra? Does anyone have one installed in the dash, I dont like stuff cluttering up the interior. Would it be a good idea to get the extra cable?

Thanks for all your replys.
