I ordered from factory to get exactly what I wanted.... took 5 weeks to get.
crewmax, sr5, 5.7L, 4x4, salsa red, black interior, trd, multi function rear view mirror, bed liner, carpet mats w/ still, black tube steps security, DRL.
Adding a Leer 700 tonneau
couple of comments.... the black interior is a lint magnet but manageable with lint brush. SR5 mirrors and handles are black which goes good with black tube steps. I believe the Limited are chrome, so plan wisely.
Did not get upgraded stereo.... going to put in amp and speakers. See alaskacub stereo or others.
Unless youre going to change the stereo right away I would get the jbl system. Better set up plus you get bluetooth and the controls on the leather steering wheel.
I bought a crewmax limited. The one option I have used the most so far is the power retractable mirrors. I have to park in a parking garage at work and it is a pretty tight space. I would never get in if not for retracting the mirrors.
If I Could Do It Over Again I Would Definately Get The Steering Wheel Controls My Wife Even Has Those On Her Crv. You Should Also Think About The Retrax Bedcover.
I bought the X-SD package, and the only thing i took off from it was the Radio which I put in a LCD touchScreen. Oh, and I replaced my stock headlights for an HID kit. Other than that, I got EVERYTHING I wanted in my truck, Black Leather, CF Dash, 20 Inch Rims, step bars, skid plates, tow package, etc.
I figured, hell, i'll just pay for it on the truck now with my payments, rather than have to balance a monthly truck payment and then pay a grand here or there for upgraded parts.
I'm pretty easy to satisfy though, and i did my research and knew that i wanted the X-SD package when i bought it. I'm not planning on doing any suspension mods to it, nor put any new wheels on it. The only thing that my truck didnt come with is the liner which plan to do Line-X sometime in the near future. Oh, and it definitly helped that my dealer was offering a crazy discount on the X-SD package when i purchased my truck.. =)

Get the back up Sonar. This is one option worth getting on a 19ft. long truck cuz you'll need it when backing up. If you can get the back up camera, its even bettter.
After a few months with my Crewmax, I really miss a leather steering wheel with remote radio control, and a built in Bluetooth.
It's quite a reach to the radio controls (I'm 6ft tall, so if you are smaller it'd probably be worse!). I have built in BT in my other vehicle, and I really miss that too. Yeah, you can add this in, but it will never be as slick as the factory install.
Personally, I find the front bench seat very useful for carrying extra folks around (usually soccer kids). Very handy to be able to take 6 in the rig. I can't remember if this only comes on the Tundra Grade, or as an option on the SR5 as well. If you shovel things around in your bed, consider adding a slide in bedliner too. I beat up my last one pretty good over the years on my 1st gen Tundra, and it saved my bed many dents and gashes.

All CM models come with the power window, but I agree that it's the cat's meow. Leather steering wheel with controls is also super nice. I've been very impressed with both the bluetooth and nav and use them all the time. I have the sunroof and LOVE it. It's HUGE, but that's a personal preference thing. I agree on the sonar and the back-up cam is also super nice, not only for getting on trailers first time, every time, but for parking too. I also use the power folding mirrors a lot more than I thought I would when getting into tight spaces.
