No, I disconnected the second stock horn. It is just sitting there. I have an appointment tomorrow at the dealership. I think they are going to have a lot to say with the black headlight mod and a different horn.
Unfortunatly I do not have the ability for sound clips. The one previously posted nailed exactly how it sounds now with just the Stebel.
If your digital camera does movie clips, you can do that and post it so we get an idea of your sound...

You can barely see it in the pic, but i cut up an old set of training wheel brackets from a bike and made a bracket. The I drilled two holes in the metal above where the horn is in the picture and bolted it up. The only thing II don't like is where i put the relay, I may move it.

No transmition cooler? I put the relay on the other side of the cross-brace.
Maybe this will work.... ignore the geek in the picture.
Yep, worked...awesome...now I just have to wait for them to pop back up on ebay...

well i'm concerned with the physical mounting of the new horns. they are definitely a lot heavier than the stock ones, and since i upgraded to two loud a@@ horns, i want them pointing out, not down i grabbed some .025" shim stock and bent it to see how well the horn would fit facing forward. well it works quite well:
i'm going to swing by ace hardware and see what i can find to easily fab some brackets up to securely mount the horns. i'll post some more info later.
The box recommends some angle down to prevent water from going into the horn. You might leave it the way you have it but I would install the intake tube with the adapter provided. Water into the intake is alto worse than water coming out of the horn.
