Another correction...
A 3db increase requires twice the power and is only an incremental adjustment in perceived loudness - 9-10 db is considered 'doubling' loudness.
Many get this confused, and most manufacturers use that confusion to sell products.

What about removing the trays on the bottom of the stock horns? I believe this was mentioned earlier.

I cannot find any markings for high or low. For now, I have the passenger one hooked up with the Stebel. I am going to remove the tray at the bottom.

the marks are on the bracket, its an H for high and a L for low.... stand by for pic....

Very nice Mtro...How'd you wire both of those stock horns together?? Right now both of my stock wiring harnesses are being used...One of them is attached to the stebel relay and the other is attached to the one stock horn...

the passenger side triggers the relay, and I made a little "y" shaped jumper on the drivers side for the stock horns.
