Default Put Leveling kit on my 08 Tundra Ailgnment issues?

I put a Ready lift leveling kit on the front of my 08 Tundra. Looks great! I went straight to the alignment shop who is HIGHLY recommended. After the alignment...... I noticed some very slight/ light feathering on the outer edge of the drivers side tire and even lighter on the outer edge of the passenger side tire. This was after about 200 miles. The alignment place said they had to set the toe when they aligned it originally. They are offering to recheck the alignment but shouldnt the caster be adjusted when you install the leveling kit? I dont want my slight feathering to become more of a problem and end up wasting my tires and having a tire noise.....anyone have any experience with my issue?

Your problem is the main reason for me never lifting my truck. There isn't an alignment shop in my area the could get a wagon wheel straight. Good luck with your problem.

That was sure helpful metric...

In short, caster, camber and toe should have all been adjusted...make them do it right.

I searched using the terms "alignment lift" and came up with many thread on this subject as it's been beaten into the ground.

This thread is recent and should offer you the best, most up to date information about getting the alignment correct after the lift.
Alignment ??? after leveling done

Good luck and remember the search function.

That was a great thread MXSJW !!! Thank you! ....and I am printing out the alignment "short course". I think I will have to be more involved with the recheck of my alignment to see if he "knows" what he is doing or not. I am worried now... Sounds like there is a lot to pay attention to. I hope I havent made a mistake putting the leveling kit on?!
