YES!
They were both very quick. This system blows away any other S/C install that they have done before.

Some questions:

How much more power will you get with new Headers/Exhaust/CAI?

How soon do you think an aftermarket CAI will be made for the SC?

Is it worth putting on a 4x4 Crewmax?

That power depends... but more than likely you can get a pretty noticable increase with proper tuning...

I know of one tuner that is already available for hardwire and will be out really soon now for Plug N Play.

A valve body rebuild for our trannys would be a huge differnce. You could drop your 1/4 mile time a few tenths easily.

YES from a dead stop
&
From a 50 mph roll, dead stomping the throttle, they just kept on pulling.
The Tundra felt more impressive only because it weighs a bit less, but they were both very impressive.

I have heard different things - but does anyone know for sure if this requires the stock or TRD intake? I have a volant right now...

and on that note, does anyone like the TRD better than the Volant? Why?

It comes with the TRD intake set up as part of the package. It also gets an ECU REFLASH, so once you install it, you can NOT REMOVE IT and return to stock, unless you buy another stock ECU.
The Sequoia was a 4x4..... just f'n awesome

The transmissions also shifted very nice, not like the older generations (00-04). No valvebody work should have to be done. This is just my opinion. I like the way they both shifted, the vehicles DID NOT LAY DOWN before they shifted.

So the intake is part of the fit kit? sweet. What else comes with the fit kit? new mph guage? I know the new ECU removes the 120 limit right?

There is NO NEW ECU. It is reprogrammed and NO it does not remove the speed limiter. You'll have to get another "aftermarket ECU" to do that. I am sure someone will come out with that. TOYOTA BIG WIGS in Japan have overseen this project since the beginning. Everything has to meet their standards so they can offer the "KEEP THE WARRANTY" so everything has to be as if it were for a production vehicle, thats why they keep the speed limiter "SAFETY". I dont necessarily agree, but it is what it is.

You get,
Fuel pump, injectors, intercooler, TRD intake, S/C and related components(bolts,clamps,hoses,ect....), auxilary coolant pump for intercooler, plugs, ECU FLASH programming, and probably some other stuff I dont remember.

I am very excited to someone put this on their truck, just wish I could get it when it comes out! Knew I should've taken up that second job months ago when I had the chance. Oh well, I will find a way some how some where to come up with the money for this. Hmm, where do people keep lots of money.....I know, the BANK! Yes! Got it all figured out now, it's hemi smokin time, well kinda do that already....SRT smokin time!
