Default 17" TRD Forged Off-Road wheels

Hi All,
Does any one have information on the 17" TRD Forged Off-Road wheels that were part of the Warrior and TRD concept Tundras? So far I have only seen them in one of the group memeber's truck (a white one) and the rest of the times on the black warrior concept and on the orange TRD concept.

I want to get new wheels on my black DC and i want to go with 17" wheels and 35x12.50x17 tires.

Should I continue to wait for them?

Thank you!!!

They are available for purchase, you just have to find where to buy them. Some dude in my area has them on his truck. I don't like them, too small.

Thanks for the quick response!!! I finally found the part number in the TRD website... I will have to call them to get more info on how to buy them... man, it seems like they dont want to sell them.... if it was me trying to sell I would have price, places, etc... but that is just me.

Again, thank you.

Tundra Here you go just scroll down the page, looks like they run around 350 a wheel but man those things look sick. if I had 1400 to throw down on rims they would be my pick at this point.

Thanks!

They look better than the pics. I need to wash the darn thing and then post pics. The BFG's are 285-70/17. 40 PSI per TRD and I'm very happy with them.

Those are great rims for us folks who want to off road their Tundra. 20in rims and bigger just for looks and only serves the street and is worthless off road.

4Wheeler Magazine had an article on a 2008 Tundra with Old Emu suspension, 17 inch TRD Wheels and the truck received a great write up.

I would buy them for my Truck.

Damn those are sweet, how much did all 4 rims set you back. I am seriously considering buying these rims.

Sick Jonesky, I want a similar setup but I'm looking at the 305's. Of course I already have a set of 285's on 18's so I will have to wait a while to drop a cool 2500 or so on TRD 17's and some new BFGs.

Agreed...I see all this cool stuff for the Tundras but am in no position to start replacing my current rims/tires/lift with newer and better ones. Just hafta wait a little bit for the g's to stack up again hehe.

I really like the looks of the trd 17" wheels and the tires for 17's are a lot cheaper. The only wheels I would rather have is volks they are awesome and light weight. Does anybody know the weight of the 17" trd's and I wonder what kind of price we could get from sparks?

i dont think sparks sells the 17''s yet. they aren't listed.
they are definitely lighter than the 18's'' but also definitely not lighter than the volks, those are awesome but more expensive.
