Default After reading "got bored thread"...

...my mind instantly went to relocating the rear 'limo' window switch(CM option) to the same location next to the tow/haul button. I have a hard time using the switch w/o deactivating the vsc which makes my heart skip a beat everytime when I see the dash light up red. Can it be done?

I'm not sure how your truck is built, but my window switch is on left side of the steering wheel and VSC is on right. What I see the wireing harness is gonna be way to short.

By the way i was bored today too, so i moved my brake controler to that little pocket just below the switches. Now i'm thinking about moving VSC button there.

The switch for the limo rear window behind the back seats is what I'm talking about. Mine is on the right side of the steering wheel. Please agree with me because I won't be able to sleep tonight w/o going out to my truck to take a look and I'm very tired.

That shouldn't be that hard? Three wires unless it's illuminated which I don't believe it is on the 08.

the only other thing you will have to do is make the "slots" line up with the switch.i had to file open the slots in the second port to get the tow/haul switch to fit correctly.the third hole doesn't have any slots, thats why i mounted my bass knob there.after a little time it'll fit just like from the factory.

yeah, they're about 6 wires on the back of the vsc switch to,i just didn't have the correct wire size lying around to extend the harness a lil.i'll do that in the near future to get some extra play in case i have to take that piece out.
