Default Heating/AC gone haywire in my 07'DC Tundra

Was out for some shopping Saturday, and it started getting warm out, so I turned on the AC in my Tundra. Nothing was coming out of the front vents in the front cab of the truck. Any position I moved the fan, or AC or Heat to blow out the vents, to your feet, etc. nothing was happening, but the defrost was working, blowing AC. So, I was close to Advantage Toyota, pulled into the service garage, and proceeded to explanin my problem. He asked where I bought my Tundra at, I told him Fannin Toyota, and he said they only work on Toyota's that they sell on Saturday. So..... I drove over to Ashland ,Ky, and up to the service entrance, and told the service manager to get into the passenger side, I needed to show him what my problem was all about. When he tried to turn on the fan, it didn't even come on at all. We turned a few knobs and it did come on, I let the technician look at it and the oil guys change the oil, and they told me they had to take the dash out of the truck and look at it on Monday! So I took a loner truck for the ride home, and I'm waiting to here the results.
Will up date when I here from Fannin. Sounds like stuff that better be under warranty.

I hope they get it all worked out and post up your results.

On a side note: I cant believe that the first dealership you went to told you that they only work on Toyota's that THEY sell on Saturdays. I would have thrown a fit !

I've worked at a few dealerships in my life. I can tell you that if a Toyota rep would have heard him tell you that, it would not have been good for them. You do not turn away customers like that. You may use the reason that you're booked up, whatever, but not tell a customer that you don't work on vehicles purchased elsewhere.

It's just not good business!

I hope you got fixed up.
