Sent PM but in the interest of covering all bases; where do you think i might find the tube and venturi fitting for hvac; home depot, plumbing supply, etc? and what diameter is this tube anyway?

I know this thread is a bit old, but I keep it bookmarked in the hope that someday I'll have the time and money to find all the parts to do it.

In scouring over the parts diagrams for the 2007 Limited and SR5, the venturi tube is shown as part of the larger "radiator" assembly on the Limted, and not on the SR5. The hose, however, is a separate part - part number 88669-0C030 "Hose, Cooler Air". In doing some direct part-number searches, I come up with the same exact hose and thermister (part 88625-47021) also appear in the 2005 and newer Sienna mini-vans (XLE models). Then checking out the diagrams for that particular mini-van, it appears the venturi is ordered as a separate part - part number 88897-12210 "Pipe, Aspirator"

So, it looks like you could possibly pull all three parts out used from a 2005 or newer Sienna XLE mini-van, or buy them direct from a dealer:

88625-47021 Thermister
88669-0C030 Hose, Cooler Air
88897-12210 Pipe, Aspirator

No guarantees - I haven't done the mod myself, but that's my bet at this point.

Dont mean to highjack the last post, but does anyone else have the same issue that when you turn on vehicle after it has sat for a spell that the system takes a bit to fire up and always defaults back to "off and 75 degrees" any chance anyone knows how to set this thing so it remebers what it was set at last such as auto a/c and 65 degrees.......its hot down here in va beach man
