I doubt they'll do anything for you in terms of warranty. Pressure washers are not good for car exteriors, even though I see a lot of dealers "spot wash" with them on the lot - they must run lower pressures with those
Any pics?

Public Car Wash's aren't liable for damage, most have it posted somewhere on the property.Regardless you have no claim with them or the Dealership.

Can't imagine a pressure washer doing the damage. Is it possible it was cracked (maybe from a rock) and the pressure just finished the job? That sucks tho. I have seen some tundra grills on ebay for reasonable $. You might check there if the dealer won't help
I love my truck...I use it like a truck...Yes it has lots of pretty plastic parts on it that are basically useless. Would I take a pressure washer and hold it on the grill...no because I no better. I dont know everything (imagine that?) but if I didnt know any better I would probably do something that might damage my truck (and might someday), be pissed about it because I paid alot of money for it, whine that it should be someone elses responsibility and then hopefully come to my senses...thank God for TS or I might no know any better

I need a new word of the month people!
your lucky thats all it did.
hand wash , take your time and do it right.
the easy way is bring it to the car wash places. they brake more and there wash's are horrible. they are still dirty when done.
i wouldn't ever reccommend them. any any time or any cost.

While I agree with the pressure washer comments, I am assuming this was a self wash bay at the car wash not a true pressure washer. If a part came off the wand and damaged your vehicle, then that is potentially negligence on the part of the car wash owner. I had a similar thing happen when I was 18 year old with a new car. The owner covered the cost to paint the section of my trunk that the wand nozzle scratched from shooting off the end. They have insurance for this express purpose and those signs saying they are not responsible for damage are for when it is truly not there fault like if you don't take off you antenna and it breaks. As an example, if a car wash scrubber broke off while you were going through, it would be their responsibility regardless of signs. But, once you leave the premise it will be harder to get them to do something.

guess hte carwashes around here are better than what u are used to. i have used them and have gotten my hand in front of one and it cut right through the flesh...(dumb me, i know. another reason i wont aim it at weak crap on the truck). these carwashes around here have better pressure than some pressure washers
Pressure washers are fine and will do no harm, but they have to be used properly. Specifically this refers to the distance the wand is held from the surface being cleaned. Too close and damage is imminent.
That being said, it is possible there was a problem with the grill, with all the cost cutting measures used lately. In any case, a good way to remove from the grill is to soften them first with a diluted solution of household washing ammonia. Spray some on and keep the grill wet with the solution for at least five minutes. After this the will come off with minimal pressure.
