2008 crewmax on ebay - discussion

hi, please take a look at the 2008 crewmax 5.7 tundra package #6 on ebay for me, if you have the time.
the MSRP is 53g's.
my dealership found 1 close to this for 56g's, but i still need the trd items supercharger, trd cai, and i think the trd rear anti sway bar. other than that, i will also have black rimed 22"s.

NOW my question is , what would you pay?

i also heard on CH7 news toyota released some type of info, i wonder if it is a huge discount on tundra's, at least that is my hope.
anyway, i honestly would like to pay 40.
i might be dreaming, but i'm hopeful.
i'm waiting to hear from them both.

If you get that one check the exhaust the clip is hanging down on the left side have them fix that first most would not notice it.

I personally wouldn't pay that for that truck in this market. 41-42, maybe. Good luck getting them down to 40 though. You'll be able to get them down on the labor probably for stuff that's on the truck. Other than that, I'd probably knock 8-9 right off the sticker and then probably disregard some of the labor.

yes i see the exhaust is uneven thankyou.
i wanted to black out everything and debadge everything sort of ninja. my 05 is a pimp tricked out tundra, i'm trying to go the other way this time.
wether it's this 1 or any other, with a price tag of almost 60 or 60 ish.
if i was to get it for 40, would you consider it a steal?
than can i play in gen2 to? :-)

Yes I'm looking at about 40,000 for the one I'm looking at and the sticker price is 51,175. Want 9500 off sticker before talk about trade.

there are so many with sticker's in the 30's. that isn't what i want. if i going to buy, i want the best out there,with all the gadgets and gizmo's already on the truck.
so i have to do less.

as you might know, if you ever got a close up and personal look at my ride, i SUNK! a ton into mine. i want it finished this time. no need for dress up's & add on's. except for performence mod's, & even than all need to be done by toyota anyway.reflash, etc.

From what I under stand from my thread that I had is that you can get 9500 off sticker price. But canyou still getthe 4000 dollar rebate then after that find and get the lowest price they will go then bring in your trade. That LTD would be nice if I get that I may have to come to a meet next summer !

i think in sept the 09's tundra's all come out.
i have 5 dealerships all trying to deal right now, the 1 with the most options and the cheapest price gets the sale.

i think i can get a reg cab 5.7 for 19. i seen them not only on ebay but my dealership has a msrp of 25, with all the discount's rebates, incentive's, etc.i'm sure i can get it for 19 with just auto & a/c, & a few other thing's. nothing special,. besides i don't want chrome this time, so those items are usually on the cheaper trucks anyway.
but than add another 10g's in mod's. =29+
so for another 10 , i can get it tricked out with major accessories.
i'll keep looking.time is on my side

Don't be in a hurry to buy a Tundra unless oil takes a big nose dive. I think 10gs is easy to do on many Tundra's in today's markets.

Tell em you'll pay full msrp on the truck if they throw on the TRD SC, sway bar, and cai. Make the deal with them...leave your phone number...and walk away...That way the truck is discounted $8-10k and you're getting all the mods you want on the truck included.

Stick with what you have With gas being talked around $5 to 7 a gallon I'm not going to be ready for a Gas Hog truck or suv right now even thought I still can afford it..
Seriously Gorilla inless your the type to kept up with the jones kept your current Double cab (aka crewmax)

Dood...get the one off ebay...or show your dealership what you can get for 53 with all the stuff added...maybe they will work with ya. However...if you wanna buy the one off ebay and get black rims....you have a buyer for those TRD 22" rims. also it says you are buying five rims...make them show you the spare.
