Your truck looks great, it does look perfectly level. I'm one of those guys who did not install the rear block and the rear still is 3/4" high when measuring the wheel well before and after.

I think No 1. wheels is best with no 4 next.

Nice truck, I just installed the Readylift 3" under mine on Thursday. I put 35x12.50R18 BFG km2's on mine with little rub on the front inner fender, so I removed it and also on the skid plate which I removed also, I'm making a new one out of thicker stuff. Also I have no rubbing issues on the frame at all.

What wheels did you go with and what was its offset ? Wonder if there is going to be alot of different between the 18" and 20" and if you got some pics, I know I like to see them.

Okay the tire shop called said they had some wheels in for me to peek at against the truck. I swung by on my lunch break to see what I liked, I got to say at first I was not sure about the #3 wheel but once up against the truck it actually looks real good since I am not a big chrome fan and this has some black in it too. I also don't like the all black wheel look so its a good compromise. So now I am torn between #3 and #4 wheels.

Tell me what you guys and girls think ?

Well now they are ordering up several brand and tire sizes up for me next to fit on my choices and actually mount up and see how much clearance I can get, then I can pick what I want and get things all mounted up.

#4, but I'd say #3 if you plan on "blacking" out more items on your truck. If you are leaving the mirrors and nose Chrome, go with #4.

Yeah I do plan to get more of the chrome off when I have more time, just not 100% yet. Guess once I see some tires mounted on the rims and mounted to the truck I can get a better feel of the over all look.

Okay quick update for this week for anyone that may care....
Okay after test fitting some different brand and size wheels I have kinda settled on wheels #3 to my own surprise but I think it looks better than the all chrome bling ones but thats just my personal tastes.

On to what I have learned this week.

Tried on a 35X12.5X20 Nitto tire which is a true 35" if not a hair bit more if you look up the specks. The tire wheel combo looks awsome on the front of the truck there is just 2 areas of concern that has to be addressed if you plan to go this size. Front plastic behind the fog lights will need a bit of trimming in the center lower area or have it removed along with the smaller mud flap, also you will have to remove the rear mudflap and that will be just a given. The harder issue will be the front body mount bracket it just hitting that like in a 1 1/2" spot so that will require some trimming hammering and maybe some welding if you still want to go with a true 35" tire like Nitto's. I do have to say the Nitto looked great on the truck from the front and sides
Now if you want to go with a 35" that actually measures around 34.xx you should be able to do it without the metal work of the body mount and just some plastic trimming up front. They didn't have anything in a size that was 12.5" wide so they have placed a order for a procomp 35X12.5X20 (Xtreeme AT) thats should fit without metal work too but I wanted to see what it looked like before I made my finaly decisions on if I want to do some metal cutting work or not. Oh is case anyone considering the procomp tire they are directional so tire rotating maybe a a issue if you like to cross rotate whihc I prefer to do on a 4WD. The other tire they had was a BFG AT that was 34.xx but it was only 11" wide which I just didn't like the look that much so thats why they are looking at getting in the procomp for me to look at. With some more researchng TOYO also has a 34.xx tire in a 12.5 width but its a fairly new size and he could not locate one currently and may be on backorder for a while.

Well thats what I have learned today after work on my stop at the tire shop. I guess I'll sit around this weekend and try and decide what I want to do next and wait for the procomp to show up too.

Figured I share what I learned today since I know some of you here may be interested in it.

well i have the pro comp xtreme a/t and mine are 305/55/20 and mine rub like you are talkin about, on that plastic behind the fog lights, but it only rubs when i turn really sharp right or left, but its just barely, i love my tires but they are really heavy but they are great in the rain, they throw water everywhere...haha

btw there are pics in my gallery of the tires and wheels take a look and it will give you and idea about the pro comp xtreme a/t tires

Okay I made one final fitting and one last look see about fit after this weekends body mount modification (I did one to test things out) to be sure I will not have any issues with rubbing at full lock if I go with the Nitto's (LT325\60\R20) its actual size is a 35.12 X 12.91, so this tire is a BIG 35 since all other 35's from other manufactures are usually in the 34.5 range and not as wide either like the toyos and procomps. Bottom line if you like to go 35's and very little trimming go with one of the other brands or stick with 33's. I thought the 33's look small on the truck when I tried them on the wheels. Also finalized my wheel choice too since I tried a few different ones and on different size tires too. I took a picture with my cell phone so the quality sucks for now but I have them ordering up the rest of the tires for installation this friday.

By the way, your info on the specific tire sizes is probably one of the most helpful threads. Im looking at doing the same setup and was gonna go with the Nittos because I like the ones on my Tacoma. Now Im gonna have to second guess that decision. Thanks for the heads up and helpful info.

Hang on there a little longer, I will have it done by the weekend I hope. Heck I been thinking about wheels and tire sizes for like a month doing some research here and there tryng to get a better understanding of what will fit and what need to be done to make it fit. While reading some other threads there are some ppl saying oh yes 35's will fit no trimming or rubbing. Actually not all 35's will fit, its all about the actually inflated tire size. Oh if your interested in the nittos you do know that Toyo makes them but you will find that they don't come in the same sizes so they don't compete against each other and Toyo has some new ones on there web site (35X12.5X20) but my tire guys could not get them yet since there so new and not avaliable yet but they are morein the inflated size of 34.XX range so much less chance of any heavy modifications like the body mount and front plastic re-shaping with the heat gun. Also offset in wheel will make a slight difference too but most of the wheels I found that fit the Tundra are in the 32 35MM offset so its not to much difference but enough for some slight rubbing.

Well for those that are following this thread I got my new wheels and tires on and I got to say I like the new look and am glad I didn't go all chrome wheel as I was thinking about earlier.
Now I got to do some more heating and bend the front inner wheel well area to clear more space for the slight rub I am still gettign there. So far no need to bend the gravel guard as others have posted, This may be due to offset of my wheels. The only only thing left to do this weekend is modify that passenger side body mount that I already did on the drivers side which clears perfectly now.
I also decided to have them take out the wheel sensors so I could put them into my pipe bomb DIY unit so I won't have to worry about them in the future if I move to different wheels or if I mount my stocks back on for some reason.
Now I am all set and will post up some pics tonight when I get them off the camera in a new thread, so keep your eyes open for the new thread.
