Default 20x10 wheels

The wheels I want only come in 20x10, but the offset can be tailor to whatever I want. I have a 2.5" Ready Lift kit on the front. With the proper offset, can a 20x10 wheel fit in the front WITHOUT sticking out. I see that most wheels are rither 8.5" or 9" wide and fit somewhat flush with the fenders. I want it like that, but I'm not sure if it's possible with 10" wide wheels in the front. I think the rear should be ok with the correct offset. If I had a 6" plus lift, I wouldn't mind if the wheels/tires stick out, but on a mild 2.5" lift, I think it will look funny if it does sticks out.

i think the 10s are too wide....and wont look good. im just guessing because of the offeset you would need to run in order to be able to turn and drive it.

now i may be wrong....i almost was wrong once but it was a false alarm.

what wheel are u going with thats only avail in one size? thers plenty out there that will fit and are avail in the correct size..

i ran 20x10s on my Explorer, although for a different purpose. The stock tire size was 16x7.5 and with the new wheels and tires everything was perfectly flush and I had no clearance/rubbing issues. I plan on investing on a set of 22x10s for my truck as soon as I can afford it.

With the factory 20" wheels, 33x12.5 tires and a 3" lift I had to have spacers installed. And that made the rubber stick out 2" or more. When I put on the new wheels the rubber started to rub in the wheel well when cranked in reverse.

I have custom made 20x10 with 305/55/20 and they don't rub. I think the backspacing was 6.825. Here are some pictures from the front and rear.

hmmm... very promising. are you running 20x10 all around? what wheels are you using, brand and model? they look really good. if possible, can you double check the backspacing for me? one least thing, can you provide bigger pics of the wheel/tire combo?

if the file is too big, you can email it to me at stangin46@yahoo.com. you have the closest setup that is shedding some light on what i want to do so i want to make sure i do it right. if you can help out, that would be great.
