Default Dealer Work being done next week sometime

Took my truck in last night to the dealership and showed them my rusting bumper and talked to them about the Torque Converter issue and they pulled up the TSB on the TQ converter and agreed that I have that issue without test driving it, ordered the parts on the spot. I am also getting a new rear bumper to replace the rusting one

All in all I was very pleased how I was treated at the Dealership. Rudy Luther in Golden Valley, MN. If you ever are in Minnesota with your truck and need work they sure do have a great service department. Their sales department is another story. Anyway I hope it all works out. I have been searching for more issues that may arise and I can't find any other issues with my truck. Its a wonderful machine and its gonna be nice to get that rumble in the truck finally out of there!

Anything someone could/would recommend to me when I take it back to get work done on it? The service manager walked the truck with me. So I am not too worried about that. He noticed a few marks on the truck of course and wrote them down. So I know they will walk the truck with me. Is there anything else I should know about my situation that might help me with the dealership? Thanks in advance!

Converter issues? Can you explain? I missed this.

Thanks

Its the TSB about what people are calling the rumble strip. When you are decelerating from say 60-65 down to say 35-40 or so you will feel your truck rumble/shake. Also when taking off you will feel it in first to second gear. Its a full replacement of your converter according to the TSB. They didn't have it in stock so they need to order everything plus the oil he said.

Do you remember the thread link? I just googled it and could not find anything.
My truck does shake alittle, maybe from the lift/tires. But it does not hurt to investigate.

Thanks

This is the TSB that I went off of. It is exactly what I am experiencing with my truck. I take it no one has any pointers with the dealership? This is my first time dealing with one and I just want to make sure I have all my eggs in the basket before I go back.
