Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get yourself two 3" caps along w/ a small length of 3" pvc. Cut it down to about a 5" piece... clean/glue one cap on....Take your sensors out... pop them in the pipe... drill a 5/16's hole in the other end cap... screw one of the sensors into that hole... clean/glue the cap on w/ the other 3 sensors inside.... then fill it to 35 psi. And you're done.

Yup, what he said. The only thing I did different was that I used a bolt-in valvestem in the end of the tube.

The only thing I would do different is if possible use one end cap with threads, so when the TPMS batteries die, I don't have to break open the pipe. I suppose even that is pretty minor if they last years.

I could just see myself crossing into the USA from Mexico with one of those things strapped under my truck. Or going to the local Army medical center which is "on base" with a full entry gate MP inspection.

There's another way... Get the TPMS sensors out. They work via pressure so simply clamping two of them facing each other with one stem up and one down with a rubber or plastic washer in between makes them think they're in high pressure and won't trip the low tire pressure. That way, you won't have to worry about having a "pipe bomb" or worry about losing air pressure and if you ever want to get them out and use them, you simply unclamp them. I've seen it down on other car forums. I've also seen the "pipe bomb" on other forums too. I wonder who is the originator of it though...

Simply swing by the Home Depot or Lowes, they sell 3" PVC in like 4' length but you only need like 10" or so or what ever length you want to use. Grab 2 end caps in teh same aisle and cement too. I then just wrapped the sensors in paper and bubble wrap I had laying around not necessary but was quick filler. Stuff them inside there plenty of room in there. Glue one end on and take the second end cap and drill a hole for the air tube. I got a bolt on one from the local auto store so it stay on better than a standard one you put into a rim. Once all put together glue the last cap in place let it dry a few hours. If you got time let it sit over night, then pump about 35lbs of air in and reset your TPMS light on the dash to see the new pressure and your good to go. I tossed my behind the back seat after I painted it but not necessary.
