I am late to this thread but glad to see you just went with it. I have a WW For Sale 2500 very similar just a lot lighter and it pulls just fine behind my CM Loaded wth Two dirt bikes a rhino and a four wheeler in the bed of the rhino probably close to 10,000. I also went with the "E" rated tires. I also won't pull out of the driveway without hooking up the WDH with Sway Bars.
I used to pull it with a 2006 Dodge 2500HD Diesel with banks 6-gun, MBRP Exhaust, AFE Intake, etc.. and then a 2007.5 GMC 2500HD Duramax but my Tundra feels almost as strong as the big Diesels it just doesn't get quite as good mpg on big uphills and the springs just aren't quite as Heavy Duty.
I really like the Tundra.
One more thing you probably already know is that the claimed weight on the tag for the trailer is generally measured before any options like, Generator, fridge, Gas (LPG) and Gas Pump gas, Microwave, etc.. Even these items don't look like accessories they are considered accessories by the manufacturer. I am pissed I lost my Warranty for Weekend Warrior.

E rated Tires are next on the list.
What do you use for locks on your Ramp Latches?
Had a lot of American 3/4 TON haters on the way home.
Since WW and Rage'N are the same company, I made the dealer throw in a 2 year extended warranty for free....but yeah, it sucks. I hope whoever takes over their assets stands up to their products.

I bought some combination locks and just wrapped them in duct tape so they wouldn't bang too hard.

I've seen your thread on the RV forum, but haven't responded there. Weight arguments there are about as common (and redundant) as some of the mod arguments on here!
My rig is a bit smaller/lighter than yours, but used for similar uses. To date, I've taken it on a few long trips (Barber Motorsports Park in pic), with zero problems. The truck is nearly a perfect match for my WW FB1900.

You need to swap out those mirrors for the tows. Looks like fun.

I thought about swapping mirrors, but the power folding feature is more useful on a day to day basis (parking it in the garage) than permanent towing mirrors. The little temporary tow mirrors are adequate for the times I'm towing.
And yes... it is fun! The toyhauler helps add to the fun too. It's nice to be able to stay right in the pits. Great atmosphere. It's particularly nice at those tracks that are in the middle of nowhere, not to mention there is much less of a theft risk than staying at hotels near the track.
The Ride-Rite airbags on the rear are an easy install. Took me less than 75 mins from start to finish. Was able to find them new for under $250 shipped and made a huge difference in how the truck handled my camper..
1150 miles in 5 days, avg mpg 12.65, avg hwy speed 65. Camper weight is about 1200, with another 200 pounds of stuff in the back..
Here she is, home in one piece. Could definitely tell she was back there when we hit a little wind, but Equalizer + Sway Hitch and Prodigy Brake Controller worked great on minimizing tow effort. Stock Dunlops held up well at near max pressure. Averaged 10 mpg at 60mph, transmission temp didn't budge one bit. No issues other than a little squat in the rear - she is definitely a heavy girl
Oh, and you should have seen all the 3/4 TON Diesel Owners hatin' when they drove by.
Hooking up....
Hooked Up...
Rollin' out...
Home....
That trailer would look better behind my truck, LOL, i'm dealing on a Ragen ss2400, it is fully loaded with the 5.5 onan and the rockford sound system, my dealer wants $35000.00 but i see it all over the internet for $28000. or so, i'll see if he will sell it for that, they are among the best looking toyhaulers out there, too bad they are out of business now, is yours a fb2500?
