I have been reading the forum for quite some time and admiring Tundras wherever I see them. After many months of waffling I finally decided on purchasing a Regular cab, 4wd with the TRD off road package. It took me about 30 phone calls to dealers all over the country to finally locate the truck in Vermont.
I cannot express how much I am enjoying this truck. I have been driving an 01 Crew Cab Duramax since it was new. It now has 140,000 on the clock and I am needless to say sick of it as a daily diver. I found the truck on Friday, August 8 and flew to Vermont on Sat the 9th to purchase it (I live in Atlanta) and returned home on Tuesday the 12th.
This is absolutely the finest truck I have ever owned. I am so impressed and have not found a single thing that I do not like about it. One of the best things about it was the price. I paid $22,360 (before taxes, which I will pay in GA), list price was $31,590. When was the last time anyone paid so little money for a new vehicle that they love so much? The buying experience in Vermont was wonderful. Purchasing and owning this vehicle has been nothing but a joy.
Very Nice looking Truck. Im a bit FOND of black so im a bit partial. Be careful with the paint as it scratches so VERY easily. Do what ever is available to you to protect the paint.

I wish I could post a similar thread but I'm still searching for me RCSB. I want a 4x4 w/the 5.7L and want the sport package too so if any of you know of a truck that fits this please let me know. Preferably Blue but like Radiant Red and would be open to other colors as well if one is located. I don't think I can order any more so I'm hoping something turns up.

Nice truck.... Almost went with the lift again, as in my previous Taco... But decided to go the other way this go around... A 3" leveling kit would look incredible on this truck! Maybe with a little bit more aggressive tire???...
Would prob cost you about 8 or 900, but would set this truck off! This truck is the best truck I have ever owned! Gets faster as you drive it, and new chips are coming out very soon.... Enjoy...
