Default Fog light satisfaction

Im having a hard time accepting the aftermarket temptation....

so far from what i see TRD sparks has the cheapest factory light setup for $450

and what from you guys tell me the PIAA set is the best aftermarket set up to go with which i have found for 300ish?

now are you guys happy/content with your decesion to go with the aftermarkets? or should i wait and get the factorys, besides the price difference my only other annoyance with the factory is the not being able to have highbeam + fogs on...

your thoughts would be appreciated...

I'm very happy. Mine are actually 100watt driving lights not fogs. I like having the extra switch so I can use them with or without highbeams.

I have the factory installed fogs on the trd model and am less than impressed. I have purchased a set of HID replacements that I will install this weekend. I drive in early mornng southern californian fog and do not see any difference with the stock foglights. I would go with aftermarket or other IMO. I dont plan on using the HID in the fog, but I think they will be useful offroad and on dark roads without other traffic.

thanks for the info, would the PIAA be a good choice then? I have always been skeptical on aftermarket due to fitment and ive heard that some people have problems with rattling etc.

and in your opinion if i do go with HID or a brighter bulb in the fogs, wouldnt it look tacky if my headlights are a different color/brightness than the fogs?
