The only source that I know of is TIS, but it's a bit expensive.

I have been using alldata for years for vaious vehicles. It's not a book but has all the technical info and more, recall, service bulletins, labor, parts, etc

I think it is about $15/year for the first vehicle and less for any additional ones.
