Yes you will want to fill them in to make it easy flowing when your programming it. So yes do the same for the delays and output timers

Hope this helps
+2 this hits it on the head exactly except set the white timer as 1 and orange as 5 or if you want to be consistant do

2 pulse for blue option=delayed off
2 pulse for white option=delayed off
2 pulse for orange option=delayed off
5 pulse for blue timer (seconds in ones place)
5 pulse for white timer (seconds in ones place)
5 pulse for orange timer (seconds in ones place)

Since you only wiring up the orange wire thats the only one thats needs to be set for the 5 seconds but it makes it easier for you to follow just program all the outputs to 5 seconds.

You are correct but you can also use the white wire since it too has a -12V output rated the same as the Orange so either one works if you want to make it easier you could program all the outoputs to be 5 seconds it would just depend on which one you wired to the VSC switch, well just not the blue since that would send the wrong voltage to the VSC and could either pop a fuse or casue some errors codes for sure.
You got to remember these TR-7 modules are not made to be used for a particular use they are very programable for your needs. You could use these to autofold your mirrors when the truck cuts off, I use it also as a pulse counter in my auto open tailgate project and I also use them to auto open/close my BMW's convertible top from the keyfob. only your imagination is the limit here.
So if your following my diagram you would want to set the orange for 5 seconds instead of the 1 as shown in above post. Sorry I missed that last night while I was reading things quickly.

Success, finally got it programmed and it works great I used 0 delay with a 6 second output just to be on the safe side. It shouldn't matter if you go longer on the output right?

Congrates...
Should be no problem being at 6 seconds.

I am probably way out in left field, but I have a 2010 model and have tried the vsc switch by holding it down 5 seconds, 10 seconds and all that happens is I get a light that will come up with ALS or is ALD which i guess is auto limited switch or differential. It is always off and when i hit the button and hold it down the three letters light up. When i hit again and hold it down they go off. Is the new model different? Maybe the yota techs have been reading up on how it can be disabled?
I know on the Avalanche forum I used to be on, once we figured out how to go hi 4 or all lights on, they changed it out on us and had to figure it out again.
Will this shut down the traction control? I know at full throttle at take off, she will power down on tires spinning. This question probably has been asked a hundred times, but I am still working on search procedures.
Great work, and that truck looks great. Now i have to find the black headlight mod. Going to see if i can find it right now.

I don't think big brother is reading the forums and changing the functions on the VSC switches .
But you are correct the buttons function did change in the model year 08 and 09 for sure not sure how the 10 models work but if you had a 08 or 09 model you could do this mod with 2 of the TR-7 units tied back to back triggering the second one after the first and addign a 1 second or 2 second delay before timer starts, since its button worked with a 3 second hold push and let go for a second and another 3 second hold push.
Now if the 10 model works simarly you can follow my same concept. If anyone truely interested in testing this idea out I can toss a diagram together and quick programming guide to follow to test this idea out for you newer Tundra owners granted their is enough interests.
So test out or read the manual and explain how the VSC button works and we can see were to go next since I don't know anyone with a 08-10 model truck to test this theory with.

WT, You seem to do all the mods I think about (VSC Button and Tailgate lock) I will be doing both these mods for sure and I'm glad I didn't have to figure them out myself. You did a better job of it than I would have. I am not Familiar with the TR7, where do you get them, are there other configurations of them? Thanks for sharing, these two mods rock. I hate the huge antenna and want to replace with a auto or a concealed antenna, any suggestions? Thanks Del

Thanks, I always have ideas in my head of neat things to do, I just don't get around to doing them all or someone else beats me to them.
As for the TR-7 modules they are universial units sold on ebay for the best prices I found but can be gotten from many sources they are made by a company called "peripheral" and sold by many places just search for TR-7 Timer and you find many from online retailers or if your lucky some times the local radio installation shops will carry them to since the units are just timer units that are very programable for many thing. Yes if memeory serves me right the TR-7 units have over 15+ different ways you can program it to function I just use them to do what I need. Hrck you can even use the TR-7 to auto fold the mirrors on the limited when you shut down the truck and start it if you wanted (there an idea for someone). Hmmm as for a auto antenna guess you can pretty much go with any model here since we have plenty of room in the fender wells. You can always stick with a stock unit maybe from a 4runner I know they had them before or go with a universal unit to save on some costs.

Well good luck on all your moodding and have fun...
