Yes you will want to fill them in to make it easy flowing when your programming it. So yes do the same for the delays and output timers

+2 this hits it on the head exactly except set the white timer as 1 and orange as 5 or if you want to be consistant do
2 pulse for blue option=delayed off

Since you only wiring up the orange wire thats the only one thats needs to be set for the 5 seconds but it makes it easier for you to follow just program all the outputs to 5 seconds.
