Had three problems fixed/changed at the dealer today. First, they activated my alarm. Second, they turned off the seatbelt chime on driver and passenger seat. And last but not least, they ordered me a new radio head unit. The best part is that they did it all for free.

Had to wait 2 hours but was well worth it.

What was wrong with the radio? My volume knob doesn't always work, very upsetting.

Mine neither. Shuts off randomly too.

Hopefully I will have the same success. I have 4 items that need to be addressed.

1. The LCD panel on my radio cuts off and on as I drive down the road.
2. I have a dash vibration in the mornings that is driving me nuts.
3. The outside window moldings are beginning to peel away. It looks like they used double stick tape.
4. I have the "sinking dash problem on the passanger side.

I still like the truck, but I am a little dissapointed in the quality control. I don't even want to rant on the thin paint...

Man that is awesome! I'll ask my dealer next time I'm there, but I don't see them being quite as generous. And by that I mean not generous at all. The finance dude actually gave me a hard time about not having the alarm when I was buying the truck. And the seatbelt chime disable would be money. I wonder if they can disable VSC and ATRAC!! I'm also getting dash rattles after just 1300 miles - no sinking dash yet, however.

Does the factory alarm arm every time you lock it? What sets it off? Uh oh, just give me a quick answer...I didn't search that one first!

The radio was cutting on and off. None of the buttons were working. The dealer said they were aware of this problem and ordered me another one. I would replace it with an after market, but why should I? It's still under warranty. Truck only has 17k on it.
