13.0s @ 106.3 MPH. Motor Trend Tundra.
Just saw this on Motor Trends web page.
I am pretty sure this is the fastest any Tundra has done the
1/4 Mile, but I will be happy if I am wrong. I have a DC, but
am considering to trade it in and get a RCSB and then get the supercharger.
What is a good deal on an 08 RCSB?
I love Toyotas and I know that they can handle the boost. I have put
25psi of boost on a 1.3liter Starlet Turbo motor in a 96 Tercel.
Imagine changing the TRD pulley and getting the boost to around 12psi, instead
of the 8.5psi it is currently producing. These trucks are only gonna get faster!!!!

Just don't let the dealer catch you racing at the track. Bye bye warranty.

Hey, if you got the $$$ to burn up (literally!) to build one then a warrantee is really not an issue...

Holy crap. Thats as fast as your average lightly modded SVT Lightning, not bad at all. I wonder how much power the engine internals and transmission can handle.

Re: 13.0s @ 106.3 MPH. Motor Trend Tundra.
hey Terrocel
Yeah I know Trevor. I am Eddy with the White Turbo Tercel, Trevor
knows who I am. I was the first person to drop in a 1.3l Starlet Turbo
motor in a Tercel. Did the swap myself in 1999. Trevor took the
idea to the next level. He is a Toyota genius. Have not seen for about
two years. My brother is a police officer and was at Trevor's car crash with
a tree. I know he broke his pelvis but is probably 100% by now.
If he gets his hands on one of these trucks it will run 12s for sure.
He can get 300++ Dyno proven HP's from a stock 1.5l Toyota motor.
I know that the Tundra motor can easily handle 12-15psi which should be
good for about 530 -550 HP.

This is very bad for me to see...wallet starting to remove itself from pocket to order a new s/c...please no!
A few of my buddies have already told me that I will get the s/c sooner or later...so why fight it?

Re: 13.0s @ 106.3 MPH. Motor Trend Tundra.
One thing I just noticed - Look how small the pulley is on the supercharger. Doesn't look like you could make it much smaller to add extra boost. TRD probably did this on purpose...
