Here some good news I looked and your alignment angles you posted and I would not suspect front end frame damage although this still has to be visiualy verified. The alignment angles are all in the ball park of acceptance with the exception of the the right front -0.4 camber, I would have that tuned to match the left camber of -0.1. And with these trucks monster camber and caster cam set up on the lower control arm a qualified alignment tech. should have no problem achieving this.

Take Care

My experience and observations are that JBT will do as little as possible. Their service and sales dept. have been less than helpful to me. My observations from sitting in their service waiting area for hours for a 30 min job is that they will take you for a "ride" as long as possible until someform of legal action is brought into play or at least discussed. The Toyota dealer in Hendersonville, NC was much more helpful and willing to negociate on pricing and options so ended up buying there. JBC is stuck on their fixed pricing. H'ville beat their price by $1,500. Go put the pressure on JBT to get it done right. The body shop they use is Harry's on the Hill in Asheville. Harry's usually does very good work. Go put the squeeze on!

I can tell you what the problem is right off the bat just by looking at the alignment specifications you provided. The vehicle has a solid rear axle, they need to use a center line adjustment to properly align the vehicle. They should not have compensated the rear wheels in the first place because there are no adjustments on a solid axle. An updated alignment machine will show this or you might need an experienced technician.

These guys seriously need to rethink of what "fixed" means. If you can still demand for a replacement truck, go do it. If they refuse, get an attorney to handle it. They shouldn't have given you a defective truck, let alone "fix"it so it has more problems than before.

I don't think I would have accepted a repair to the truck... I would have demanded new or money back.

Jim Barkley has a horrible rep around here. They sell a lot on that no negotiating policy because many people (especially women) really like it. But you usually get taken for a ride with that because someone else will always beat their price.

They also claim a 30 minute lube or its free. Then when it takes 40 minutes and you call them on it they come up with some crap why its not their fault and therefore not free...
