Its probably the bottom edge of your brake backing plate rubbing the rotor....
bend it away from the rotor a little at the bottom... see if that helps.

What size tires are you running.....I've had rubbing probs with my 35x12.50 Nito Mud Grapplers on R18x9. They rub a little in the front inner fender liner and they rub slightly in the rear of the front tire on the body mount. This only occurs when I am turning. I had to cut the front liner and take the mud flaps off....now, no more rubbing. The only time it rubs now, is if I take a turn too fast...the rear part of the front tires still rub the on the body mount....not sure what to do about that...I guess slow down.....hope this helps.

The tire rubbing is not a metallic sound... I'm pretty sure he has a bent backing plate/shield.

Also you can cut out or have someone cut out part of the body mount to clear your tire.
