Default Chrome Door Handles

Does anyone have the stick on chrome door handles? How are they? Do they stay attached?

Can you buy replacement handles that are chrome, not stick ons? Where? How much?

Thanks
Gary

Default Re: Chrome Door Handles

Here's a couple of places to buy the Toyota chrome door handles. They are super easy to install yourself.

Sparks Toyota sells them. TRD SPARKS TOYOTA Myrtle Beach SC

Joe Myers Toyota Joe Myers Toyota - TRD Performance Parts Accessories Superchargers
Call Jalmar Juarez 866-374-5769 for the best price. He's the online parts sales guy for Joe Myers Toyota. He beat Sparks price on my color keyed Tundra handles, under seat storage box and sway bar.

Here's a DIY link on how to remove and install the handles. DIY: Chrome (or Painted) Handles and Mirrors

Default Re: Chrome Door Handles

I installed the Chromed ABS door handle covers on my 07 SR5. They attach with the 3M tape. Fit perfectly, and I had no issues with them. Just make sure that you clean the black handles well before you apply the new chrome ones to insure proper adhesion. Had them on for around a year, before I traded the truck. I got them from one of the vendors on ebay. Another option is to get the chrome handles that come with the Tundra Limited, from Toyota. A little more work to install, and cost more. Am not sure of the price of those.

My truck has the chromes on it already but my advice is if your going to do it get the oem chrome handles and not the stick on type... when your dealing with stuff like that its better to do it right the first time.
