Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
Well, my air conditioner and heater motor somehow do not work. I drive a 2007 tundra crewmax. You can turn the dials and it goes all the way from Lo to Hi, you can change the speed of air flow by turning the dial but nothing is blowing.
I checked all my fuses and all are fine.
Anyone know what the problem may be? Does it have a specific relay somewhere? Or a fuse somewhere?
Re: Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
Dealer time . But first I'd look under the hood for a breaker. I don't have my book with me right now, but you may want to check yours. It usually tells you what controls it.

Here's the wiring diagram. Hope this helps

Re: Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
Oh wow I was searching all over for this diagram. Thanks guntech!
Looking at that, I pinpointed the issue to the 50A HTR relay as shown on the first diagram on the top left of the first page. There is no voltage going to it.
Now, I looked at the fuse box under the hood and see where on the box it says HTR 50A but there is no location for it on the bottom left of the box as it shows.
Anyone know where the 50A HTR relay is located? I guess it controls the heater and a/c blower motor.
Re: Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
You're right. It ain't there!! I just went out and looked at my '07 and it's the same as yours except that my heater works. I think you'll have to take Guntech's suggestion and head for the dealer.

Re: Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
If you take off the cover for the fuse box under the hood, there is a diagram on the inside of the cover that shows the layout of the fuses and relays...might be a good place to start.

Re: Heater motor and air conditioner motor not working
I don't think it is a relay you are looking for. It appears to be a circuit breaker on the schematic. I haven't found it on mine either!!
