Default OBD II Port doesn't work

Hey guys,

I hooked up my scangauge 2 tonight and it didn't come on. It works fine in my girl friends car so i know its good.

Does anyone know of a fuse thats related to the OBD II port?

I recently tried using my OBD II scanner on a friend's Ford Ranger.
It wouldnt' get a reading. It turned out that the fuse for it was
blown, so it is a possibility.

Yeah, I doubt it's listed. You'll probably have to check each
fuse individually to find it.

It probably won't work. The Tundra is the new CAN bus spec. It is the same connector but not the same protocol.

I checked out their site and it says it's compatible for all 2008
and 2009 vehicles. Actually, it appears to be compatible with
all year Tundras. Anyway, I don't think it's a compatibility problem.

If you can't find a fuse problem, try hooking it up to your gf's car
again to make sure it is still working and something didn't happen
to it after or during you setting it up on her car. Crazier things have
happened. Good luck and keep us posted.
