They're pretttyyyyyyy tough bumpers but as they are airbag compliant, they're not the toughest.
I've seen what two of 'em can dish out. One was a LC hitting an old BMW going bout 15 and the second was a 4runner hitting a dead mini van in a mud bog.

Hey, hey, Mr. Policeman
Bet I can drive faster than you can
Come on Tinker, let's have some fun
Go on shoot me with your radar gun
You look bored and I sure am
Catch me if you can
Idk man I just think with those bumpers your paying for the name. Which actually isnt bad, its an amazing brand. Although it is someone elses design, which means some other tundra has the exact same thing. If I were to spend a grand or whatever it is on a bumper, I would go get one at a local custom fabrication shop. That way you can put your own specail thought/touch on it. Also its unique for your truck, and if u ever need work done to it or whatever, you just have to go to that shop instead of having to mess with calling a big company. Plus you helping a local shop stay in business which is good for your local economy and your karma also. But that would just be me. You might like the Arb bumpers look. And its a highly trusted brand; then you can always say u have some arb equipment which helps your legit-ness on your tuck.
Plus im always sure you could go to your local shop and ask them if they could fab the bumper exactly the same way, and it could possibly be cheaper.
well theres my input, hope this could help.
peace

Well Rock and I disagree on this completely. I think ARB is the only company that is air bag compliant AND performs crash test to included crumple zones. Where is Sean? (DEVINSIXTYSEVEN) he seems pretty well versed in the ARB line.
P.S.
Rock my ARB will take that Ranch Hand of yours any day LOL

haha, no no I'm saying they ARE airbag compliant.
They're sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet bumpers. I would LOVE to have one but they're too expensive for me. (The ranch style bumper are much cheaper for me.)
I would NEVER consider another offroad bumper other than ARB. None of 'e are as sexy, nor as safe really. They do offer some good protection though, as Rox can attest too.

i only want the best bumper for my car. plus i don't think me buying a bumper at a local shop will help the economy but thanks for your input. i like the fact that i can put my own touch at a local shop, however i don't want to risk it with my tundi

Well when I said help the economy i meant it by helping your local economy. like helping a local business stay in business.
I totally get what u mean by risking it, ive wanted to get a custom bumper for some time now but i get kinda sketchy with people welding and cutting crap on my truck it just freaks me out if its not myself doing it lol.

That is very nice but I dont want to check what the price is. The pdf dock says it can be fitted with the stock sensors too. Wonder if the stock fogs will fit?
