Front wheel bearings

I have a 08 Tundra Crew cab 4X4 5.7L. Had a vibration and hum in the cab and determined it to be a bearing so I took it to Toyota who also said it was the bearing however they also found another problem (noise) that they cannot diagnose and have had to contact Toyota directly for assistance. Has anyone else had a similar issue that could not be diagnosed? Never had a load in the bed or towed anything.

There were/are some front differential issues, there is a TSB for it.

The front bearings are very beefy, but are a unit bearing which makes them non serviceable. No regreasing, they can only be replaced once worn out. Hot brakes tend to take them out...
