Default 2009 Tundra Front Bumper Removal

Was at the beach and didnt realize there was a hole and when the driver side wheel fell into it the front bumper was bumped underneath and the bottom chrome part of my bumper was pushed up making the gap between the chrome piece and the painted piece closer together.. I want to pull the bumper out but I think it might be better removing it. Are there or does anyone know of any instructions on how to remove this piece? I figure Id give the forum a shot to see if anyone posted anything on removing the bumper. Thanks in advance!!
