Default Debadging

I want to debadge my 2008 Tundra.I've already removed decals with hair dryer and acitone. What about the silver Tundra logo? Isn't it just glued on. I don't want to screw up paint trying to get it off.
Thanks,
Nick

I would be careful with acetone. Just use heat and dental floss, and a little rubbing alcohol to clean off the goo later.

Yes, its just adhesive. I used fishing line very carefully. I got real lucky and the remaining adhesive just rolled off with finger pressure. I then used goo-gone and a towel to finish it off.

Don't put it off for too long or you'll get ghosting.

Like the dennys menu said above be careful with acetone, shouldn't really need it.

This is what I used and it came off fairly easy.

Thanks for the advice.I'm going to do it today.I was worried about acetone but it worked and didn't hurt paint but I don't think I'll push my luck.I'll use something else.
