20" Wheels with Original Tires

I have waited until my original tires wore out to replace them. And the time is finally here.

I am considering the Toyo Cross Country M/T's. Does anyone have any experience with these? How are they on the road with performance and noise? How do they handle wet conditions compared to an a/t tire? I pull a Mastercraft X-30 boat a lot and was wondering how the m/t tires would work when the boat launch is wet and slick.

I am also considering a 2" lift to make give me truck a more aggressive look. Does anyone have any recommendations or pointers?
