Default need some advice

i managed to break both of my front shocks. The guy at the shop said it could have been from my leveling kit. I was wondering if it would be better to replace with stock shocks or the bilstein 5100. i have done some research and everyone seems to love their bilsteins. i also wondering if the damage really did come from my leveling kit. Thanks in advance

What broke on the shocks? Did they just blow a seal, or did you do more substantial physical damage? I seriously doubt the leveling kit had anything to do with it, but shops always look for a scapegoat.

Yea, I have to agree that I have never heard of a leveling kit breaking shocks. Sounds like a good excuse not to warranty them, but in reality I bet it has nothing to do with it. Then again, I have never heard of someone breaking a shock, other than rough off-roading or a serious wreck.
