Default 2007 new driveshaft (frm TSB) = vibration + new diff= still vibration

Have 2007 2WD TRD 4.7L. Had the clunking from the driveshaft just before coming to a
complete stop even though this is 2WD, not 4WD (TSB-0115) Toyota dealer service
confirmed the problem and replaced the driveshaft with no hassle. Driving from service
had vibration at 58 - 68mph, very low, could not hear it but felt it.

Took it back to service, no issue identifying vibration. Tech came back very quick and
said the differential was bad? Even though they just replaced the driveshaft, they were
convinced it was the differential. They must know, right?

Now I have a new driveshaft and a new differential and still vibration.
The vibration is very uncomfortable and is worst at the 58-65 where I spend a good part
of the time driving.

They tell me they checked the balance on the driveshaft but I don't buy it.
I'm going to ask them to check that. Any other suggestions when dealing with service?

I'm really regretting going in to have the clunk fixed, I could live with that, but this vibration is killing me.

Have them check the center support bearing. If that is out of adjustment or installed backwards it could cause a vibration in the driveline. This is only if you have a 2 piece drive shaft IE DC or CM. RCSB trucks only come with a one piece.

On a side note my driveline clunk went away after I lowered my truck. I don't know exactly why but it is gone. Still the original shaft with no other changes. I do know the driveline has been pushed forward and the pinion angle changed with the rear flip kit parts.
