If you have the 5.7L, they are iridium plugs which don't need to be changed till sometime after 100K.

Read your owners manual. Spark plug replacement 120k, I believe they say to check them at 30k or some such thing.

I have been running Iridiums for years in my motorcycle and in my '00 Tundra even. Iridium plugs just don't wear out, they are an excellent conductor of electricity even.

most vehicles built after a bunch of years ago dont have to have spark plugs replaced before 100k. no point in it...you arent going to gain anything.

If you are referring to the OP, It looks to me like he thought it was required service. I seriously doubt he "wants" to do it.....

The didital parts list at Wally world should have the recommended plugs. Most auto parts places also have the books.

If you like the NGK go to www.sparkplugs.com and look up the Tundra, this will give you the NGK number.

With 30+ years as a professional master tech, DO NOT leave those plugs in for 120k they'll be part of the cyl. head reguardless of what vehicle/spark plug configuration you have. Spending a few dollars on spark plugs is a helluva lot cheaper than having to pull the heads!
