It is a polished Carriage Works 5 Piece Replacement Grille Billet Setup. I love it and would get it again. If I did everything over again though, I would probably murder it out with black wheels, black Carriage Works 5 Piece Replacement Grill Billet Setup, film all my exterior lights in charcoal Lamin-X, and paint my bumpers and grille surround black.
2nd and 3rd pics are before my PIAA fog light install.

Zpaul,
Looks good! I think this is the style I am leaning towards. The large billet grill style; 'liquid style'. Putco makes a billet grill called liquid, i think.

Re: Best Looking Grills; Lez see 'em!
How difficult is it to actually replace the grill, like with a grill replacement vs the lay-over style?

Replacing is easy. That is why I went that route. Did not want to cut anything. There are couple posts on how to install 2010 grill.
Overlay sometimes shows the stock grill behind it. Did not like that idea either.

I'm going for a factory black/chrome look. If I painted the surround I'd then want to black out the door handles, side mirrors, wheels, etc and murder it out. I'm not adding chrome but am using it as an accent to the black.

ebay $60 I don't really care for the putco billet look. This is an overlay and accomplished the looks I wanted for under a $100 bucks. It's also paintable~!
