Default Two questions for supercharged owners

first of all, just a couple of weeks ago i am staring to have a lot of dtc's. mainly cylinder one miss fire code. for example, when i get on it hard before the truck is really hot (the guages are up all the way but they just got there) it throws the dtc consistently. the truck always throws the code, from day one of the blower, if i floor it and its not all the way warm. lately another code has been with the cylinder miss fire. it is one or multiple oxygen sensors. also when i am wide open under steady acceleration up in the 80 mph's the truck kind of stumbles or stutters. its almost like the fuel pump cant keep up with demand. it doesn't do this when i pull 11000lb. so do you have the cylinder miss fire codes? does your supercharged truck stumble at wot in the 80 mph's? obtw i am not hitting the rev limiter which immediately throws the dtc. it is so annoying because the truck goes into limp and the dtc clearer works only sometimes while driving. and yes i have version two of the re-flash, which i worked directly with Jason Lambert (trd programmer) to get done. OK i guess its three questions...what mpg's are you getting with the blower? i get 8 mpg towing the 11k camper 65 mph and around twelve otherwise. when i drove to Florida i got 15.8 mpg with the bimmer bike in the bed.

no dtc's with mine.not a single problem with the blower other than the loss of power between first and second shift but they all do it.(ecu pulls power back)
wot at 80 mph doesn't throw a code either.
mileage varies but 80 to 90 mph gets me about 16 or so with nothing in the back.never towed more than 1500 lbs so can't help you there but your #'s look about right with what i've been reading except for your 12mpg unloaded.
at 75 or so mph,get 18 mpg or a little better .
sounds like you could have an injector malfunction or fuel delivery issue if only cyl 1 throws a dtc,a o2 sensor problem or ignition.the dealer should be able to see it easily if the codes come up that frequently.

Only problem I have had was threw a code a couple of times at WOT from a dead stop. Oxygen sensors were confused and the CEL came on. First time it reset itself, second time had to clear it by pulling the battery cable for a minute.

Don't have those other problems you noted. Runs pretty good.

I am getting 12-13 mpg all around. That's not going to easy on the skinny peddle.

I have had 12 misfires.
Cylinders 1,3,5,7.

Using Octanes 91 - 94.
Dealership has spent alot of coin trying to find a remedy.
Now, it is another compression test, next week, again.

A little dash board sticker should come with this kit that reads "NO BOOST UNTIL WARM". Your engine will thank you for keeping your right foot out it until things reach operating temperture.

My truck threw one CEL which cleared a fews days later.

No problems here......maybe you should have the ECU reflased with the TRD Flash? Maybe they forgot?

Also, check and make sure you have fluid in the intercooler tank...I read that the dealership forgot to fill this up and the truck ran all sorts of fu**ed up...
