Default Borla Muffler P/N

I posted this on another tread, but in case you don't read that one, here it is again. Here's an email from Chris Mann at Borla with part numbers on two different mufflers for the 5.7 Tundra. If you don't want to spend all the $$$ on a kit, and want Borla sound. Hope it helps someone.

"You can go with either a 40348 which is 2 1/2 all the way around or the
40349 which is 2 1/2 on the dual side and 3 inch on the single side. You
are very welcome."

Default Re: Borla Muffler P/N

Those are Pro XS mufflers though. They won't net the exact same detailed sound as the catback... trust me.

Generic mufflers provide a generic sound.

I put a Borla muffler on a V8 Sport Trac and it sounded great but it still sounded generic.
